Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we receive through paycorr.io, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It is governed by Uruguay's Personal Data Protection Law No. 18,331 and its Regulatory Decree No. 414/009.
This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is DARYA S.A., a Uruguayan company that operates the PayCorr brand, with registered address at Antonio D. Costa 3472, Montevideo, Uruguay. For any question about your data, write to legal@paycorr.io.
2. What data we receive
When you write to us through the contact form
- Name.
- Email address.
- Company (optional).
- Country.
- The message you write.
We also record the date and time you sent it, the language of the page you wrote from and that you accepted this policy. We don't ask for sensitive data (such as health, ethnic origin, political opinions or religious beliefs): please don't include it in your message.
When you browse the site
The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build visitor profiles. Two providers are involved in showing you the pages:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and the technical data of each request (browser, requested page, date and time) to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. It may use strictly necessary technical cookies for that protection.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and the technical data of that request.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your inquiry.
- Introducing PayCorr and arranging meetings or demos, if you're interested.
- Keeping a record of our conversation with your company.
We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it or hand it to third parties for their own purposes, and we don't make automated decisions about you. If we ever want to send you news, we'll ask for separate consent.
4. Legal basis
We process the form data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to legal@paycorr.io; withdrawing doesn't affect processing done before. Technical browsing data is processed because it is necessary to show you the site and keep it secure.
5. Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting and security of the site, and sending the email with your message.
- Google LLC (United States): corporate email (Google Workspace), where we receive and keep your message, and Google Fonts.
Other than that, we will only disclose your data when required by law or by a competent authority.
6. International transfers
These providers may process data in the United States and in other countries that don't always offer a level of protection equivalent to Uruguay's. Both apply contractual clauses and security measures to protect the data. By sending the form you consent to this transfer, which is also necessary to handle your inquiry, under article 23 of Law No. 18,331.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you and then delete them. If the conversation leads to a business relationship, the data becomes subject to that contract and to the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Technical browsing data is kept by Cloudflare and Google according to their own, generally short, retention periods.
8. How we protect it
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form doesn't store your data on the site or in databases of our own: it sends it by email to a corporate mailbox that only the staff handling inquiries can access.
9. Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you can exercise your rights of:
- Access: knowing what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification and update: correcting data that is wrong or out of date.
- Inclusion: adding data that is missing.
- Erasure: asking us to delete it.
- Withdrawal of consent.
Write to legal@paycorr.io from the email address you used in the form, or attach a document that proves your identity. We reply within the five business days set by law.
If you aren't satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP), Uruguay's supervisory authority.
If you are in the European Union or in another country with its own data protection law, you also have the rights that law gives you (for example portability, restriction or objection) and you can complain to your country's authority. The European Commission recognizes Uruguay as providing an adequate level of protection.
10. Minors
The site is meant for companies and professionals. It isn't directed at people under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor sent us data, write to us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we'll email the people who have written to us and are still in our records.
